Processing Timeline

Welcome to my low-impact botanical studio! As a solo artisan, I personally inspect, prepare and package every order with care.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using tracked shipping services. Shipping is included in the cost of your shirt unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Standard transit time is typically 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather and seasonal shipping volume.

Address Accuracy and Package Delivery

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Side Porch Design Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors and the shipping carrier. If a package is lost while in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Because every botanical print is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact julief1@earthlink.net within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging and issue. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
